The Flare Windshield from Klock Werks is shaped so that it re-routes air, making for less turbulence for the driver and passenger.
Flat windshields tend to push turbulent air directly at the driver and passenger, dumping it right into the cab. The curvy Klock Werks Flare Windshield has hips on the sides of the screen that re-routes the wind away and the top of the windshield has a “flip” that directs the air upward.
The UTV Flare sits at same angle as front cage downtubes and it mounts to the OEM roll cage with Klock Werks’ Axia Alloy Mounting System, but it can also install on many aftermarket cages that have similar dimensions to the stock cage.
The Flare is made from heavy-duty, double-hard-coated, abrasion-resistant polycarbonate.
Available in three shades (clear, tint or dark smoke), the Flare kit comes with patented AXIA Alloys detach clamp hardware, roll-cage clamps, and thumbscrew turn knobs – all machined from billet-aluminum and then black anodized.
Klock Werks has Flares to fit select Polaris, Honda, Textron, CFMoto models, and now has fitments for 2017-20 Can-Am Maverick X3 models at a suggested price of $399.95.
