If you remember Pong, you probably also remember this thing called “The Cold War” and the American embargo on Cuba that resulted from it. If not, there was this guy named Fidel Castro who came to power there in 1959. The US government was less than thrilled about his new job and put a total travel and trade embargo on what had once been a favorite vacation spot for many Americans. The only upside of the whole deal was that Cuba had to keep all those pre-1960 American cars and motorcycles running and in good working order. As a result, the place is practically a time capsule for ground transportation of the early 20th Century.
