ePropulsion announced that it has expanded its distribution network in Australia by launching ePropulsion AU. This new business unit will handle all sales, service, support and any repairs or warranty claims for the Australian market. ePropulsion AU is based in Melbourne, which is a community at the forefront of electric propulsion in Australia.
“We are very excited to launch ePropulsion AU with a team that is extremely passionate about electric propulsion,” said Danny Tao, co-founder and CEO of ePropulsion. “Electric propulsion in Australia is on the rise and we are confident that the ePropulsion AU will have great success selling and supporting the brand to this vital market.”
“ePropulsion manufactures an exceptional product line with incredible functionality and a user-friendly design that makes it perfect for anyone thinking about electric propulsion,” said Simon Hallsworth, sales manager of ePropulsion AU. “With our extensive experience and our established sales, marketing and customer service expertise, we are confident we will provide a strong platform to expand the ePropulsion brand and capture market share throughout Australia.”
An innovator in electric outboard propulsion, ePropulsion’s latest range of products, launched earlier this year, include the Spirit 1.0 Evo, Navy 3.0 Evo and Navy 6.0 Evo models; an evolution of its established product lines that now include hydrogeneration capabilities. In addition, ePropulsion also created a 9.9HP Pod Drive model that has proven popular with sailboats and small watercraft.
New ePropulsion customers will receive a two-year factory-backed warranty. Purchasers of EVO series and Spirit 1.0 Plus electric motors through the end of 2021 can also get a free one-year warranty extension through an online registration.
